Isabel Rinkenberger is the digital director (2022-2023) for MBU Timeline. She is majoring in journalism and hopes to either enter the publishing world or work in a journalistic setting upon graduation. Running both cross country and track for MBU, she also enjoys baking and designing websites in her limited free time.
Rachel Rooker balances her own education with the blessings and challenges of helping students on a daily basis as she studies for her master’s degree and performs her duties as the new resident director of MBU’s North Hall.

Two Missouri Baptist University women’s track athletes, Mia Reed and Emily Bayer, qualified to run in the prestigious NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Nationals, where they are running today in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Both runners met the “A” standard for their events, including the daunting steeplechase.

Led by Donovan Denslow, Missouri Baptist University’s men’s cross country team raced to the NAIA Cross Country National Championships for the first time in 15 years. Although this competition is now in the past, the Spartans finished their season strong and bring unprecedented confidence into the current track season.

*The Bible verse that drives our mission is 2 Timothy 2:15 (Worldwide English Version): “Tell the true message in the right way.”
*The WordPress website has been up since late-fall 2013. We average about 3,000 sessions and about 5,000 pageviews per month.
*Our stories and galleries get as few as 40 or 50 hits, or as many as 8,000 hits.
*We have readers in every state and more than 90 countries around the world. We have several readers in South America, the United Kingdom, India and Australia.
*Most of our readers are in Missouri, followed by Illinois, California and Texas.
*We do not accept advertising as we are a not-for-profit online newsmagazine.
