Looking Back at MBU’s Homecoming 2021

Homecoming at Missouri Baptist University is one of the most anticipated weeks of the school year. Oct. 4-9, 2021, was a week filled with returning events and new traditions. MBU photojournalists captured some of our favorite memories, from the Lip Sync Battle to thePerk [24].

MBU Students Getting “Grounded” on Friday Nights

A new student-led ministry called Grounded formed this semester, which focuses on how MBU students can root themselves in the love of Christ and share the Gospel with the MBU community. Meeting each Friday night, the ministry challenges students to represent Christ regardless of their situations in life.

Favorite Childhood Movies

Movies have always been, and continue to be, among our most entertaining pastimes. The suspension of disbelief is a welcome distraction in the busy world we live in, especially during this past year of the pandemic. We asked MBU students about some of their favorite childhood movies, and this is what they had to say.
