Communications Seniors Conquer Their Capstones

The seniors of the spring 2022 Senior Communications Seminar class work on capstone projects as a way to show off their personal portfolios and their communications skills they have learned during their enrollment at Missouri Baptist University.

MBU Softball Team Includes Sun, Fun and Games

The Missouri Baptist University softball team traveled to Florida over Spring Break this year, after their annual trip was canceled last year due to COVID. They were excited about returning to the sun of the South and the trip prepared them for conference play as they currently head into the AMC tournament.

Challenging Changes Create Cohesive Competition

Despite the coaching changes the men’s JV volleyball team at Missouri Baptist University has experienced this school year, they have been able to play well together during their spring 2022 season while continuing to grow as a cohesive unit.

Before every game and after every timeout as they break out onto the court, men’s JV volleyball players put their hands up in the air signifying unity and fellowship among the team. This was the last time during the team’s last home against William Penn Academy that they rallied together during their competitive 2022 spring season.     Photo by Jessica Kunkel

MBU Video Production Students Getting Real World Experience

Eight Missouri Baptist University video production students had the sole responsibility of directing, producing and editing six interviews with MBU faculty members to use as promotional videos for the fourth annual Faith and Research Conference held April 7-8, 2022, in the Pitch Room of the Learning Center. A Christmas Twister

Missouri Baptist University’s annual winter Fine Arts Concert, which takes place around Christmas time, was interrupted by tornado warnings, but after patrons patiently waited in safe areas while the storm passed, they returned to the Chapel for the remainder of the show.
