MBU Adjunct Instructor Running for Mayor of Troy

Missouri Baptist University adjunct communications instructor and Troy business owner, April Bryant, will be testing her leadership skills as she is running for mayor of Troy in the Tuesday, April 6, election.

St. Louis Icon Ruth Ezell Speaking at Media Talk

A St. Louis area broadcasting legend, the senior producer for the Nine Network has decades of valuable experience to impart on students as part of the twice-per-year event hosted by the Missouri Baptist University Communications Department.

While millennials, Generation Xers and baby boomers grew up in a pre-Columbine era, Generation Z has never known a world in which school safety was the norm.

 

Tim Ezell Brings Lively, Poignant Stories to Media Talk

From St. Louis television personality to pastor at The Journey, a large progressive church with several sites in the city, Tim Ezell has done it all. He has emerged from a dark place of alcoholism to a Christian leader in the media industry, and through it all he’s managed to maintain an infectious sense of humor.

Tim Ezell always seems to have a smile on his face, and with good reason. He is a beloved St. Louis TV personality, a Christian, husband, father and former church pastor, and he brings his poignant stories to the MBU Communications Department’s spring edition of Media Talk, set for noon Tuesday, March 26, in the Recital Hall at MBU.
