Cassie Nesbit is a spiritual staff writer for MBU Timeline. Nesbit is a senior majoring in public relations at Missouri Baptist University. During this time of the year as final exams collide with final projects, MBU students could take this advice from a classmate when it comes to finishing up with their college semester. But exactly how healthy is the advice?
