What is a source to gain protein after a great workout, after you have sweated and worked really hard? The answer is Muscle Milk.

MuscleMilk

Muscle Milk is protein milk that can be used by athletes who are allergic to dairy proteins.

As a pre workout or post workout, Muscle Milk gives you the protein you need to become a stronger athlete.

Muscle Milk comes in all sizes to fit your schedule.

Whether you are on the go, looking for a snack or mixing your protein shake, Muscle Milk has the product for you.

When you’re working out, your body first burns the fat in your liver and then moves to burning muscle.

This is why runners can’t rely on running alone to give them muscle mass.

When you put protein in your body, the protein will be used instead of your muscle, therefore allowing greater muscle gain.

Muscle Milk is “a protein powder designed to aid recovery and promote muscle gain,” said LIVESTRONG.COM.

I personally have never used Muscle Milk, but I have seen a lot of guys use it on a constant basis.

Even though the Muscle Milk powder looks nasty when you mix it, there are different flavors, like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and cookies and cream.

While Muscle Milk is used by many athletes, there are those who see little difference between its protein value and that found in regular milk.

“Muscle Milk is pointless. You might as well drink chocolate milk,” said senior Stephen Buckner.

I always thought the same about Muscle Milk. I never knew it was a protein shake when I was a kid, I just thought it was powder for something.

“Muscle Milk contains a blend of 20 vitamins and minerals, balanced in carbohydrates, specific proteins and specialized fats that provide approximately 230 calories in a 14-ounce ready-to-drink serving,” said Spark People.

But others believe the product has value.

“I think Muscle Milk is a good product and great to use if you’re an athlete trying to gain muscles and look stronger,” said Jared Goodwin, men’s basketball assistant coach.

As an athlete I never had the desire to use Muscle Milk. I think it’s a fake way to gain muscles and hurts your body in the future. For me personally, I choose yogurt for my daily protein.

I usually eat strawberry yogurt mixed with some grain and a cup of orange juice.

My dad always told me the best way to gain muscle is to lift weights and work hard.

Before Muscle Milk came on the market, there were still great athletes around the world like Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Scottie Pippen.

History proves that you don’t need Muscle Milk to be a strong athlete.
